Open to a wide public in the private and public sectors (including international organisations), this course dispensed in French is designed principally for holders of vocational degrees (a nationally recognised degree or certificate), and for former students who began but failed to complete an undergraduate course. The programme is for adults who have been working for at least 5 years

In partnership with the University of Savoy, Geneva GSEM Executive Education department offers working adults a university qualification which will open up new social mobility opportunities

Introduced as part of the Bologna Process, this degree course is open to all adults without a university degree but with good professional experience.

By crediting previous education programmes and years of professional experience, the APEL (accreditation of prior experiential learning) process gives successful candidates direct admission to the third year. Once they have been accepted on the course, the students can earn a university qualification in three semesters.

Students conceptualise their practical vision of the business organisation throughout their multidiscipline study programme, and develop their knowledge, competencies and analytical skills. At the end of the third semester, they earn a university qualification corresponding to their professional experience, and may subsequently apply for new positions in the business world.
